My journey
I was born in Russia in the late 1980s, and from an early age, I developed a deep interest in psychology. After completing my bachelor's degree in Management, I pursued a career in the oil industry as a purchasing manager. However, my passion for Gestalt Therapy continued to grow alongside my professional endeavours, and I studied Gestalt Therapy at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt and Psychodrama, and later at the Moscow Gestalt Institute. Eventually, I decided to transition my career and dedicate myself fully to Gestalt Therapy, where I spent several years honing my skills in the field.

A pivotal moment in my journey came when I relocated to Luxembourg with my husband, embarking on a new chapter in my personal and professional life. Keen to expand my knowledge and understanding of psychology, I pursued further studies in mental health psychology at the University of Liverpool. My Master's dissertation focused on the adjustment and integration of accompanying spouses in Luxembourg, reflecting my commitment to supporting individuals in their unique journeys of adaptation and growth.

Gestalt background
My exploration of Gestalt Therapy began in 2009 in Russia, where I embarked on self-discovery and professional development. In 2016, I achieved certification as a Gestalt therapist, meeting the rigorous standards set by the European Association of Gestalt Therapy. Concurrently, I became certified as a family therapist within the same modality, broadening my therapeutic toolkit and enhancing my ability to support clients in diverse contexts.

Initially drawn to Gestalt for its profound focus on relationships and emotions, my interests later expanded to include relational psychoanalysis and the psychodynamic approach. This ongoing exploration enriches my practice and allows me to offer clients a holistic and integrative therapeutic experience tailored to their needs and circumstances.

What I offer:
A path to your true self lies in self-exploration; that is the main goal I pursue with my clients. I work with individuals and couples.

In my practice, I specialize in supporting clients as they navigate life transitions and existential inquiries. Whether it's adjusting to a new environment, exploring identity and self-discovery, or addressing relational challenges, I offer a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore and grow.

I also provide guidance and support in addressing existential concerns, including topics of death, meaninglessness, and personal freedom. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, I empower clients to navigate life's complexities with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
