History
I am French and have moved to Luxembourg for professionnal reasons, where I have lived since 2018. I have a Master degree at the Institut Commercial de Nancy (French Business School).
All over the past two decades, I have held HR management roles in the industrial sector mainly focusing on people development and talent management at executive committee level.
Challenged by the desire to embrace my need for authentic human connection, I have more recently started the journey to become a certified coach by the ICF with the effective support of a german based training institute Elite Coaching Center.
Gestalt background
I am in the process of getting my diploma in Gestalt therapy at the Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt (EPG) in France and currently going through very exciting moments with the aim to move on to the second cycle. This is a true opportunity for me to learn more on how to support people in their journey to change action and behavior for the better.
